Nothing. The machine stays ours — we pay for it, install it, stock it and service it. There’s no rental fee and no charge for upkeep.

We do — all of it. Restocking, cleaning, repairs. Nobody on your team has to count inventory, handle cash or chase a supplier. We visit on a schedule built around your actual foot traffic, so a busy warehouse gets seen more often than a small office.

Every way they’d expect to. Tap, debit, credit, mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and cash. Nobody gets turned away because they left their wallet at their desk or never carries change.

Tell us and we respond the same day on service calls. We take service issues seriously and respond as quickly as possible. If someone is charged and doesn’t receive their product, we provide an immediate refund by e-transfer.

Yes. Tell us what your team actually wants and we’ll stock it. Every machine also includes a QR code and a dedicated suggestion board where your staff can request products they’d like to see.

We actively monitor those suggestions and use them to continuously tailor each machine’s selection to the specific location. We also remove products that sit too long — a machine full of items nobody wants is no use to you and no use to us.

Vending suits smaller spaces and shift work. Micro-markets need a break room and a bit of trust, but people buy more when they can pick things up and read a label. Coffee service tends to go alongside either one. We’ll walk your space and tell you which fits — sometimes it’s one, sometimes it’s all three.

We run routes across the Greater Toronto Area and into the Waterloo Region — Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, Burlington, Hamilton, Guelph, Cambridge, Waterloo, Kitchener and Acton, among others. If your city isn’t on that list, ask anyway. We’re adding routes, and we’ll tell you honestly if you’re too far for us to service properly.

A family. Vendyany is second-generation and family-run, based here in the GTA — the same people who quote your job are the ones who install the machine and turn up to restock it. There’s no call centre and no account manager you’ll never meet.

One of the biggest differences between Vendyany and many larger vending companies is product flexibility. Large brands are often limited to products from a particular supplier or beverage company, which can significantly restrict the variety available inside the machine.

Because we’re independent, we can source from a much wider range of suppliers and brands. That means we can stock the products people at your location actually want — from traditional favourites to healthier options, protein products, energy drinks, premium beverages, and new products as they become popular.

We started this because we couldn’t find a vending company stocking anything we’d want to eat ourselves. That’s still how we decide what goes in a machine. And if we don’t think we’re the right fit for your space, we’ll say so rather than sell you something that sits there.
